Shipping policy

Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all locations within South Africa.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or remote areas where courier services are unavailable.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is free for orders over R1500.
  • Orders below R1500 will incur a flat shipping fee of R115.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • South Africa: Estimated 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Courier and Tracking

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, the courier may attempt delivery again.
  • If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@beautybyaronia.co.za within 7 days of delivery.
  • If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will resend your order or issue a refund.

Changes to Shipping Details

  • To update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@beautybyaronia.co.za.
  • Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

Holiday and Peak Season Delays

  • During peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, public holidays), delivery times may be longer due to high demand.
