Refund policy

Returns and Refunds Policy – Beauty by Aronia

  1. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. If You receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Us at support@beautybyaronia.co.za within ten (10) working days of delivery. We will arrange for the collection and either replace the item or issue a refund.

  3. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  5. If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost. If You wish to return an unwanted product, You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  6. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase.

  7. Sale items, gift cards, and personal care products (such as opened skincare or cosmetic products) are non-refundable.

  8. If Your refund has not been processed within the specified time frame, please contact us at support@beautybyaronia.co.za.
